Introduction

What is Haust Lend?

Haust Lend is a decentralized, non-custodial liquidity market protocol where users can either supply or borrow assets. Supply adds liquidity to the pool to earn passive income, while borrow can take out loans using an overcollateralized (perpetual) or undercollateralized (one-block liquidity) method.

Why Haust Lend?

Haust Lend has been thoroughly audited and secured. It's fully open-source, which means anyone can engage with its user interface, API or interact directly with the smart contracts on Haust Network. This openness also means developers can create third-party apps or services that seamlessly integrate with Haust Lend.

How do I interact with Haust Lend?

To get started, simply supply your chosen assets. From there, you’ll earn passive income based on the market borrowing demand. Your supplied assets can also serve as collateral, allowing you to borrow. The interest earned on your supplied funds can offset borrowing costs.

What are the costs of using Haust Lend?

Like any Haust-based transaction, interacting with Haust Lend involves gas fees, which vary depending on network congestion and transaction complexity.

Where are my supplied funds stored?

Your assets are allocated in a smart contract. The code of the smart contract is public, open-source and audited by independent security experts. You can withdraw your assets at any time or use a tokenized version of your position, which can be moved and traded like any other Haust Network asset.

Address Screening

Why is my wallet blocked from Haust Lend?

We utilize blockchain intelligence from Haust Labs to prevent access to wallets involved in prohibited activities. Haust Labs analyzes on-chain data to detect financial crimes.

What does Haust Labs track?

Only your wallet address is shared with Haust Labs — no other data like your IP address is tracked or stored.

Is Haust Lend Risk-Free?

No platform is completely without risk. Haust Lend’s primary risks come from potential smart contract bugs and liquidation processes. However, every effort has been made to minimize risks, including audits, open-source code and an active bug bounty program.
